Dan is a senior member of the Deloitte TMT Corporate Finance team, with over a decade of lead corporate finance experience.
Dan leads our IT services M&A offering in the UK. His clients include entrepreneurial and owner-managed IT and telecom services businesses, as well as private equity funds, large corporates and other leading technology providers.
Dan advises clients on a range of corporate finance transactions including disposals, acquisitions and finance raising.
Dan holds a first class degree from Newcastle University, a Master’s degree from Durham University and is a Chartered Accountant.
