David Hirst

David advises clients on infrastructure transactions across the UK and Europe. His experience includes M&A in energy & utilities infrastructure – regulated and unregulated networks, nuclear facilities, renewables and energy storage; transport – airports, rail, roads, ports and logistics; digital – towers, fibre and data centres, and social and value-add infrastructure sectors. David largely works with infrastructure, sovereign wealth and pension funds and corporates. He joined Deloitte in 2023 from KPMG, where he latterly led the infrastructure investors practice.
