David Brown is a partner in London and heads the Real Estate Funds practice working on UK and pan-European real estate capital flows, specialising in advising on the taxation aspects of real estate investment and development transactions. He has extensive experience having led cross-border engagements, assisting clients on acquisitions, fund formation and a number of high profile property transactions. He has an MA (Hons) from Jesus College, Cambridge and is a Chartered Accountant.
