Dean Cook

Dean has audited listed multinational companies across the energy, technology, and real estate sectors, specialising in International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and PCAOB audits, guiding listed company boards through regulatory change and helping them focus on enhancements to corporate governance and internal controls.

He was elected as a member of the NSE Board in 2022. He chairs the Audit & Risk Committee of the new UK Board. He has also been appointed to the EMEA Board and chairs its Risk & Ethics Committee. Dean was formerly chair of the UK Partnership Council with responsibility for partner matters including CEO succession.
