Dan has fourteen years experience, both at Deloitte and within leading Marketing Services providers, specialising in the understanding and use of data in business planning and managing customer relationships. In that time he has developed expertise in the creation of data-led solutions to the challenges facing organisations in acquiring and retaining customers across diverse business sectors.

Dan has extensive experience in store planning and customer segmentation, where he has led major network optimisation programmes for various private sector clients.
