Dmitry is a PhD level educated cybersecurity architect with multiple areas of expertise and has successfully managed multiple transformation programmes across industries. He is also the founder and leader of our Deloitte UK Centre of Excellence dedicated to Network and Information Systems (NIS) regulation. He contributed to the original version of the UK NIS legislation and NCSC CAF framework and leads Deloitte engagement with UK Competent Authorities and Regulatory bodies.
