Calum Upchurch

Calum is an Associate Director in the Prudential Risk team within the Assurance practice in London. He has significant expertise in the regulatory capital and prudential risk space. He supports a range of clients across prudential risk management, ICAAPs, stress testing, regulatory policy and capital management.

Prior to joining Deloitte in 2022, he spent 7 years at the Prudential Regulation Authority, where he gained considerable regulatory experience within UK deposit takers supervision. Calum worked in a capital specialist role for 4 years, leading reviews of ICAAPs and resetting capital requirements for UK banks, developing a detailed understanding of the UK capital regime.
