Colin is a Director within Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice.
He has worked primarily with government and public sector clients in Northern Ireland for approximately twenty years.
He has extensive experience in research, strategic and business planning and business operations across a variety of sectors including economic development, social policy, regeneration, housing and policing.
Before joining Deloitte he worked in social housing and as an economic consultant.
