Chris leads major real estate transformation programmes for large occupier clients. He has a broad range of experience providing strategic advice to organisations facing real estate challenges with a significant business impact including workplace strategy, location strategy, CRE operating model and strategic sourcing.
Two of Chris' most significant projects have been managing the programme for Deloitte’s own North West European HQ transformation in London (1NSS) and more recently acting Head of Estates for the national Covid-testing programme. Chris leads Deloitte's Workplace Transformation offering, supporting clients in defining and delivering requirements reflecting the disruption they face from the Future of Work
