Clair is a Level 4 qualified Associate Director in Deloitte Managed Solutions (DMS). She has over 11 years' experience in the FS industry and started her career at the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Experience:
• Remediation Implementation Lead for a Motor Finance client following a S166.
• DCA lead for the DMS practice, leading on internal and industry working groups and supporting clients.
• Implementation Lead for a new Outcome Testing function for a Government Department.
• Technical Lead on a complex Surveying remediation project for a high street retail bank.
• Delivery Lead for an internal tax change programme for IR35 to c.2,500 contractors.
• Seconded to a large retail bank to redesign and embed a Customer Outcome Testing framework within its Collections and Recoveries function.
• Supported a retail bank in Ireland in undertaking a Central Bank of Ireland review of its PPI sales against the Central Bank’s regulatory standards.
