Charlie is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Regulatory Assurance team, and is an expert in conduct risk, consumer duty, product governance and delegated authority in the General Insurance sector.
Since joining Deloitte Charlie has worked with a range of insurers, managing agents and brokers on their Consumer Duty, Product Governance and Vulnerable Customers change programs. Prior to joining Deloitte, Charlie was Head of a large insurer’s Delegated Authority Governance Team.
