Chris is a partner in the Deloitte Tax team. He has a long track record of advising creditors (often syndicates) on high profile transactions.
However, he is now increasingly focused on:
- Leading Deloitte's Corporate Advisory tax offering which he established in 2012 to provide support to companies in financial difficulty; and
- Advising special situations investors who are looking to invest significant capital in the restructuring space.
Chris also retains a broader focus on M&A transactions and has advised a number of key investors across the big ticket and mid-market spaces on key acquisition and divestments.
