Claire is a Partner in our Financial Advisory business with extensive experience working in both private and public sector. She has over 20 years’ experience specialising in strategy and transformation, cultural and business change, and programme and project management.
Claire leads on financial, commercial and procurement activity and negotiations for high value IT and Shared Services Projects. Claire’s areas of specialism include commercial and procurement, strategy and transformation, and business change for public sector clients. She has an excellent track record in the delivery of transformation, excelling in the management and delivery of complex strategic change with tangible business outcomes. Claire has previously held senior leadership roles within SSCL, and UK SBS, leading on the onboarding and relationship management of customers and new business development, including shaping business cases, and navigating broader Government approvals.
