Catrin is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice, specialising in enabling successful large-scale digital transformations.
Working as Lead Business Analyst for a large central government department, Catrin manages a team of BAs focusing on tackling complex challenges through translating business needs into actionable digital strategies. She collaborates with clients to design and implement innovative, technology-based solutions that optimise business processes, ensuring clients maximise their technology investments and achieve tangible business value. Additionally, Catrin recently led a practice-wide assessment to identify strategic applications of AI to optimise the firm’s BA capabilities. She is also the Delivery Lead for the Business Analysis craft at Deloitte and has co-authored articles on Business Analysis.
