Caroline re-joined Deloitte’s Equity Capital Markets team in 2011, having spent the previous five years at the UK Listing Authority where she vetted and approved over 100 equity documents, including IPO prospectuses, reverse takeovers, secondary fundraisings, and class 1 circulars.

She has provided advice to a number of companies preparing to list on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, anticipating typical regulatory hurdles, and ensuring that the transaction process is as smooth and as fast as possible. She has also advised and led both reporting accountant work and company-side transaction support for listed companies in respect of their class 1 acquisitions and disposals and secondary fundraisings.
