Carol leads Deloitte’s performance, governance and risk management offers across government and the public sector.
Across her career Carol has worked with most central government departments and a range of wider public sector organisations at both the enterprise and programme level.
Before joining Deloitte Carol was a Director in DWP, where she led teams responsible for performance, risk management and portfolio management across the department.
Carol has a strong interest in developing public sector delivery capability and sponsors Deloitte’s Enabling Delivery Programme for civil service leaders.
