He has worked on a number of complex, high-value infrastructure and real asset programmes in the UK and internationally cross industries. He has extensive experience in project management and related controls, data and information management across an asset’s lifecycle, cost and efficiency-based transformation programmes.
By background, Balint is a chartered civil engineer and after an initial career in construction, he delivered a variety of consultancy assignments. His experience includes reviewing and optimising capital programmes; implementing data-driven technologies, blockchain and other innovation solutions; leading cost-based transformation; assuring complex delivery programmes and turning-around failing projects. He brings strong cross sector efficiency insights, leveraging his experience in infrastructure, rail, defence and energy sectors.
