He is a results-driven, experienced and motivated individual, with a proven track record of delivering complex change and transformation programmes in defence and government sectors. He is experienced in strategy development, PMO design and implementation, Target Operating Model design and business case authoring, and has a passion for delivering major programmes that make a real impact.
He recently supported the discovery and design phases of a Target Operating Model programme for the strategic headquarters of a global military force, identifying opportunities to transform how the force directs, enables and assures the generation and operation of capability by improving the delivery of strategy development, strategic prioritisation, portfolio delivery and strategic communication.
