Brian Fulthorpe

Brian is a Partner and member of the leadership team in our Business Operations practice where he leads our Public Sector business with responsibility for talent, business performance and capability development. Brian has over 20 years of experience specialising in shaping and leading the delivery of complex technology enabled business transformation programmes. With experience in both Public Sector and Financial Services, he works across the full delivery lifecycle and is experienced in developing public services through discovery/alpha/beta and then into live. Brian also has significant experience in programme recovery and delivery assurance and acts as an internal quality assurance partner on digital transformation projects. His primary focus is infrastructure, transport and regional government and has more recently also led an engagement in our health sector.
