Brett Engdahl

Brett is a Partner in our Life Sciences and Healthcare Transaction Services practice based in London. He has over 14 years’ experience advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients on the execution of their M&A strategy – including buy-side, sell-side, carve-outs, divestitures, and capital markets support.

Brett has worked across the LSHC sector including Pharma, Specialty Pharm, Outsourced Pharma Services, MedTech, Animal Health, and Healthcare Services, among others.

Brett is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).
