Anthony has advised companies on UK and international tax for nearly 27 years. He specialises in the energy, resources and industrials sector and has extensive M&A experience, including public transactions. He is also the joint lead for Equity Capital Markets tax.
Anthony has been the lead tax adviser for some of the largest resource companies in the world, both in the mining and oil gas sectors, including on IPOs of major mining and trading groups.
He also sits on the corporate tax technical committee of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and studied Mathematics at Cambridge University.
