Alexandra Rodrigues

Alexandra is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Financial Services Internal Audit practice and has 20 years’ experience of providing internal and external audit services. Over the past five years she has specialised in providing Agile coaching support across the financial services and corporate sectors to both teams and senior leaders across the UK.

Alexandra has a particular focus on the application of Agile ways of working to Internal Audit and has worked closely with internally based Internal Audit functions of all shapes and sizes in their adoption journeys. She is passionate about helping people and businesses succeed through evolutionary growth, creating an evolved work environment from teams to senior leaders. Alexandra takes pride in growing internal capability, skills and trust to help create more collaborative, transparent and enjoyable workplaces, helping to create a learning culture with a focus on value and adaptability.
