Andy is the South West & Wales senior partner leading nearly 2,400 professionals across our office in Bristol, Cardiff and Port Talbot.
Andy leads the local Private Market team with extensive experience of working with Private Equity backed companies undertaking ambitious buy - and - build strategies in the UK and internationally. Having a wide range of experience advising businesses as they seek to expand internationally working closely with Deloitte offices in USA, India, Africa and across Europe.
Andy has significant experience of working with manufacturing and service companies, including those in the packaging, steel, automotive, Brewery and wider food and beverage, professional education, dentistry and veterinary sectors. Experience of non-audit services including advice on corporate governance, transaction support, Reporting Accountant work and working capital reviews.
