Alex is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting in London. He has a strong technical and functional consulting background and over 23 years of experience in complex Global Finance Transformations.
His expertise ranges from the strategy and implementation of finance and reporting systems through to the set up and optimisation of operations.
Working at the CXO level he is able to not only advise at the strategic level but also implement those strategies.
He has direct experience across all core finance processes and has managed the implementations in over 30 countries across Europe, the US and the Asia Pacific region. As a successful program director he is able to establish the appropriate project governance frameworks and guide senior stakeholders through large scale programs.
