Alex Hedlund

Alex is a Consultant in our Cloud & Engineering practice. He is currently working as a Cloud Sustainability Consultant, collaborating with SMEs across the firm to build out Cloud & Engineering’s go-to-market strategies around sustainability in the cloud. Focusing on sustainability & climate issues through the lens of cloud migrations, sustainable practices in the cloud, and data centre lifecycles. Performed top-down emissions baselining analysis of 12 data centres operated by Global Financial Services client, forecasting future state post-cloud migration. Led on development of key asset, Cloud Sustainability Maturity Assessment Framework, assessing sustainability maturity of clients across three pillars – Organisation & Behaviour, On-Premises Data Centres, and Cloud Practices. Successfully delivered analysis for two clients pilots, synthesising results and playing back recommendations roadmap to client. He has previously worked as an OutSystems Software Developer in Financial Services.
