Adam is a Fellow of the ICAEW and partner at Deloitte with 20 years’ experience of forensic work. He has acted in a large number of disputes including in both an advisory and expert witness capacity. He has given evidence (including in the High Court) and has assisted retained Counsel at trial, tribunals and private mediation on many occasions. Adam has provided testimony in both civil and criminal matters and often works in conjunction with other appointed experts. Adam regularly acts as the expert determiner or provides advice to parties involved in a determination process.
Adam has considerable experience of a wide range of forensic investigation work for organisations across multiple jurisdictions and a range of industry sectors. He has been involved in some of the largest corporate investigations of recent times. As part of investigation work he regularly deals with external and internal auditors, law enforcement agencies, financial regulators and other government bodies.
