Andy is an infrastructure finance professional and chartered accountant with over 14 years’ experience working in or advising the UK public sector. Andy leads on Funding & Financing for Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects business.
With strong commercial and corporate finance skills, Andy has been involved in some of the largest transactions in government, including infrastructure financing, asset sales, and privatisations. His strengths lie in seeing the big picture, and providing strategic advice based on his technical understanding of financial issues.
Andy has expertise in public sector finance and value for money appraisal, developed through his eight years of experience at the UK National Audit Office. Andy also has a unique understanding of the budgeting and ESA10 balance sheet impact of funding & financing structures.
