Adam is a Director in our Gi3 practice based in London, having joined the firm in 2011. He has 12 years' experience supporting businesses optimise their capital allowances position, primarily in the Real Estate sector, though he has also advised clients across the infrastructure, sports, hospitality and finance sectors.
Adam is highly experienced in the complex transactional space, and has a track record in identifying opportunities for his clients to benefit from additional tax relief on their property acquisitions and in mitigating risks which might be inherited from prior owners. He has also led the capital allowances work for a number of landmark construction projects, including several billion+ pound developments. Adam is technically oriented and leads the capital allowances team's response to changes in capital allowances law (for example the recent super-deduction and full-expensing measures).
Adam is a member of the Institute of Charter Accountants in England and Wales and graduated from the University of Manchester in 2011 with a degree in Economics.
