Andy leads the Deloitte UK Tax & Legal Clients and Markets strategy and our Advisory propositions. Also, as a Vice Chair and LCSP, he works with our broader UK practice to support our clients with their most important challenges and opportunities (especially those in the Consumer and Healthcare Industries).
He works predominantly with large UK Headquartered businesses, advising on a range of opportunities, from compliance process optimisation to supporting on M&A, International expansion and group restructuring. He works across a range of industries, however, has a deep focus on Retail, Consumer and Health.
Andy has extensive experience of advising his clients on a wide range of issues, from compliance processes trough to M&A activity, IPOs and group structuring. Recent projects include tax efficient international expansion advice, transfer pricing, treasury management, multiple M&A projects for international groups and helping to maximise tax incentives.
