Lebo
Meet Lebo – a Cyber Security Assurance Manager who boomeranged to Deloitte after working in retail banking, and in Deloitte’s South Africa office.
Lebo is fully involved in our reverse mentoring programme affecting change and enabling an inclusive working environment for all.
I am proud to work for an organisation that puts diversity and inclusion at the forefront of everything that it does.
Tom
Meet Tom – an Assistant Director in the Performance Improvement team who returned to Deloitte after a role as a Finance Director at a football club.
Tom sits alongside clients building confidence to turnaround a business, preserving jobs and building a stable platform from which they can operate.
“Second time round, I’ve been able to empathise, put myself in the client’s shoes and really understand what they need from an advisor.”
Nina
Meet Nina – an Assistant Director in the Talent and Learning team, based Scotland. She came back to Deloitte after taking a career break to raise her two teenage sons.
Second time round, Nina moved from a client-facing role into enabling areas, championing diversity. She uses her client experience to build stakeholders, understand the business and really add value.

Stuart
Meet Stuart – a Director in our WorldClimate Team who brings his experience from working in UK Government and COP26 negotiations to Deloitte’s sustainability agenda.
“Having spent several years in climate negotiations, I was keen to pivot from ambition to action by getting Deloitte to net zero as quick as humanly possible.”
