Alumni Talent Scout Experienced Hire Scheme

Did you know that for each friend or colleague you successfully introduce to our firm, we could pay you between £500 and £7,000, depending on the grade we recruit them at?

At Deloitte, we know and understand the value of our networks. That’s why we’ve extended our Talent Scout Experience Hire scheme to former colleagues, who have experience of our culture and who can see how others could grow and succeed at Deloitte.

If you know a talented individual who is passionate about tech, people, creativity, science or something else, you can recommend them for a role at Deloitte, and could receive a bonus for successfully placed referrals.

Your guide to referring a candidate:

 

  1. Search for professional career opportunities
    Please note that the process for alumni referring candidates is for professional roles only (no contractors, BrightStarts or graduates are eligible).
  2. Search for a role using keywords, location and/or business line. Click view to see the job description for the vacancy.
  3. Send the referee’s CV and the acquisition code of the job they are applying for to alumniuk@deloitte.co.uk. We will respond confirming if the referral is viable.
  4. Ensure that you are registered and/or your details are up to date in the Deloitte Alumni Network database here.
