Pay & Inclusion Report 2026

"Publishing our pay gaps and broader progress against our diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives is fundamental to our transparency and accountability, allowing us to openly share our journey, acknowledge improvements, and demonstrate our commitment to a diverse and equitable firm."

Jackie Henry

Managing Partner, People & Purpose

This, our sixth Pay & Inclusion Report, details Deloitte UK's statutory gender pay gap reporting, voluntary disclosures for ethnicity, disability, socio-economic background and sexual orientation and our CEO-to-employee pay ratio. Our reporting demonstrates continued progress in closing our pay gaps, our approach to reward and our commitment to increasing minority representation at senior levels.
