Headline sponsorship: Green Summit 2024

Hosted by the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, the summit gathers organisations and leaders who are determined to drive change and support the city-region meet its ambitious goals for the environment. Deloitte North West are leading a CSRD workshop, delivering a plenary session with the Mayor and also exhibiting.

Membership

Active members of the MCCP, a cross sector collection of organisations who work together to accelerate actions across the city to position Manchester as a global leader for climate change. Deloitte also act as sub-group leaders on sustainable planning policies across the city.

Membership
A Deloitte Partner has been appointed to the board to support the development and delivery of Northern Powerhouse Rail. Improved connectivity is needed to support innovation and investments in clean energy and decarbonisation of industry in the LM Growth Zone.

Our North West impact

The exploratory partnership with Panasonic is a pioneering one. It effectively makes Greater Manchester the UK’s first use case for this hydrogen fuel cell technology, highlighting the region’s ambitious and international approach to carbon cutting.
