Our mission is for Deloitte to be an organisation dedicated to shaping the next generation of female leaders in transport and travel. We want to provide opportunities for women to connect, share experiences and support each other, and improve gender balance in the industry.
In our Inspiring Women Leaders in Transport interview series, we connect you with senior leaders at the top of their respective fields to celebrate and recognise the contribution of women to the UK transport and travel sector. We ask them about their careers, their most difficult challenges, leading through the COVID-19 pandemic, and building diverse teams. They discuss what their different industries are doing to attract and retain women, as well as the top tips they would give to their younger selves and to other women.
