Today, energy transformation and electromobility are crucial in combating climate change and reducing CO2 emissions.  It is estimated that the e-mobility market in Europe could increase its value from USD 18.5 billion in 2023 to USD 44 billion in 2030.  The dynamic development of this sector is supported by modern battery technologies developed by R&D centers such as the Polish company – Impact Clean Power Technology.  Impact Clean Power Technology provides over 20% of batteries for electric buses in Europe, making it a key player in the industry.

Let's take a closer look at the process of implementing SAP S/4HANA – an the advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system – which enabled our client not only to optimize operations but also to enhance the quality of products and services. 

SAP S/4HANA is advanced Enterprise Resource Planning software designed to manage all key business processes of an organization.  Based on an innovative database, the platform offers speed, flexibility, and the ability to process large amounts of data in real-time.

During the implementation, we optimized processes across eleven business areas of the company.  We used best practices applied in the functional standard of the SAP S/4HANA system and leveraged Deloitte's experience gained during numerous projects in the automotive industry.  As a result, today we are transparent to our customers in all processes managed within the SAP system
