When it came time to reimagine its annual client review process - a critical moment where advisers assess each customer’s financial position - NZHL saw an opportunity for technology to make a tangible difference.

Gathering data, making sense of the information, and preparing personalised annual reports required significant time and effort, reducing how many clients advisers could support and limiting their ability to focus on meaningful conversations with customers.

This secure online environment brings NZHL’s data together in one place and makes it easier to use. AI Data Cloud became the platform for developing a generative AI solution capable of analysing data, automating report creation, and producing adviser ready insights in minutes instead of hours.
