About the Deloitte New Zealand Transformation Vantage Programme
The Deloitte Transformation Vantage Programme is a bespoke six-month experience designed to develop future transformation leaders and enable their careers, through workshops, mentoring, 1:1 executive coaching and facilitated sessions, to understand the transition to a strategic leadership role, and the unique challenges of leading transformational change. It offers aspiring transformation leaders a unique opportunity to join a targeted cohort that:
Allows them to connect with other senior practitioners within the profession;
Inspires and enables them to strengthen their capability; and
Positions them to successfully navigate a changing world as a future senior leader.
The programme consists of four interactive in-person workshops and two 1:1 executive coaching sessions.
Attendees must be nominated by an executive sponsor with potential/aspiration to join the C-Suite or a transformation leadership position within the next two – five years.
Investment required
The total programme cost is $3,950 (plus GST) per person.

As a long-distance runner, I know how to go the distance to achieve results and apply this approach to my clients too. I lead Consulting’s operations transformation practice in Wellington, working with clients to design, implement, and sustain transformative change that improves outcomes for customers and communities. I’ve lead a number of large-scale and complex organisation change programmes from concept to design through to implementation. By navigating this lifecycle, I understand my client’s needs and help develop strategies that achieve their desired results. In recent years I’ve focused on the design and delivery of operational transformation within the security and justice sector, in particular New Zealand Police, Ara Poutama (Department of Corrections), Fire and Emergency and the National Emergency Management Agency. I’m currently the strategic advisor to the Cross Sector Emergency Services Leadership Board.
