I work with senior leaders to translate strategy into action through clear delivery pathways, aligned decision-making and integrated execution. I bring experience leading large-scale digital and business transformation in some of New Zealand's most high-consequence environments across the security, justice and emergency management sectors. My focus is helping organisations harness data, insights and technology to improve outcomes for customers, communities and those delivering frontline services. I also lead Deloitte’s pro bono programme “Good Thinking” providing professional services to community-based not-for-profits. Outside of Deloitte, I am passionate about developing young people through sport and serve as National Chair of Champions Initiative, a youth-focused boxing organisation with academies across Aotearoa.
