I’m passionate about helping my clients and being someone they can turn to. My strength lies in building rapport and trust so I can offer the best advice and service possible. With experience in London, Sydney and Auckland, I have worked with a wide range of clients in the audit and assurance field, from some of the largest listed entities in the country, to start-up’s looking for first time assurance services.

I’m driven by helping organisations improve the insight, alignment and impact of their finance function so they can make better, faster decisions. At the core of how I work and lead is building strong relationships (whanaungatanga) and creating environments where people thrive. As a Director in Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team, I work with CEOs, CFOs, senior finance leaders and their teams to strengthen business partnering, lift organisation performance management, as well as designing and implementing finance operating models that create clarity, focus and long‑term value. I bring more than 19 years of experience spanning telecommunications and utilities, dairy and manufacturing, consumer products, health and professional services, across Aotearoa and internationally. My background includes Big 4 audit and senior commercial finance roles, along with leading major transformation programmes across complex organisations. At Deloitte, I also contribute to the development of our clients’ finance leaders through our CFO Vantage and Finance Business Partnering programmes and soon to be launched FinanceAI community, supporting those stepping into new roles or evolving the capability of their teams. Outside of mahi, I’m a mum of two children and love exploring Aotearoa’s outdoors with them. I also enjoy volunteering with charities and providing coaching to support their leaders and communities.
