As leader of the Human Capital team in the South Island, quality thinking time and wellbeing is key to help deliver the very best outcomes for our clients. For me, it’s walking or running in the beautiful hills in Ladbrooks, Cantebury, where I live with my partner Scotty and our two boys, Hudson and Luca. I also try to sneak in a session of yoga or pilates whenever I can!
Across many years of experience in both private and public sector consulting and in-house roles, I’ve led large and complex – change, talent management, leadership development and organisation development programmes, as well as human resource transformation.
I’m a Prosci Accredited, Registered Psychologist with a master’s degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. However, I honestly feel that the most important qualification is my career experience of connecting and working with people to make a real impact.
