While leading our project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) team, I help manage delivery on our clients most complex programmes and support them to deepen their capabilities.
As an active member of the PRINCE2 User Group in Wellington I serve on the organising committee and continuously learn from others best practices and methodologies for client excellence.
