This experience encompasses all aspects of human capital management (HCM) technology from vendor analysis and solution design through to project delivery and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
I have a passion for supporting organisations with the transformation of their people processes and operations through the use of technology. While my focus has primarily been with SAP technology and the SuccessFactors HxM solution, it also spans other technologies including Oracle Cloud HCM and workforce management solutions.
