It’s critical that we invest in sustaining and improving our infrastructure to achieve our potential. I have a passion for infrastructure as an enabler of societal outcomes, as well as helping us learn, heal, work and play.
Working across the asset lifecycle, from portfolio strategic planning through capital project delivery, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges that clients face when resolving infrastructure issues. My areas of focus include strategic asset management, asset planning, governance, capital delivery models, procurement, and project and design management.
I have worked extensively with clients to help shape their asset decision making and capital delivery to best deliver their organisational outcomes, while navigating often complex stakeholder relationships. I enjoy working in collaborative relationships with clients, to ensure their ideas for infrastructure are brought to fruition.
