Working across the asset lifecycle, from strategic portfolio planning through to operations and maintenance, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges clients face, not just building new infrastructure, but maintaining, renewing, and optimising existing networks over the long term. My focus includes strategic asset management, asset planning, governance, capital and maintenance delivery models, procurement, and commercial advisory.
I work closely with clients to shape asset decision-making and investment approaches that deliver their organisational outcomes, while navigating complex stakeholder environments. I enjoy working collaboratively to ensure infrastructure delivers both immediate outcomes and enduring value.
