I have extensive experience in performance and outcomes monitoring, planning, data analytics, and modelling across the public and private sectors, particularly in complex public systems. Much of my experience is in health, education and social services, where strategic intent, funding decisions and delivery priorities often need closer alignment.
A core part of my work is helping leaders use evidence to make clearer choices, prioritise investment and really understand what is working and what is not. Strong relationships, culturally informed practice and a genuine interest in people and communities guide how I work. At heart, my work is grounded in problem solving that supports sustainable system and service improvement.
