As a long-distance runner, I know how to go the distance to achieve results and apply this approach to my clients too. I lead Consulting’s operations transformation practice in Wellington, working with clients to design, implement, and sustain transformative change that improves outcomes for customers and communities.

I’ve lead a number of large-scale and complex organisation change programmes from concept to design through to implementation. By navigating this lifecycle, I understand my client’s needs and help develop strategies that achieve their desired results.

In recent years I’ve focused on the design and delivery of operational transformation within the security and justice sector, in particular New Zealand Police, Ara Poutama (Department of Corrections), Fire and Emergency and the National Emergency Management Agency. I’m currently the strategic advisor to the Cross Sector Emergency Services Leadership Board.
