In my role as systems delivery and modernisation director, I lead the strategic portfolio management team, specialising in Independent Quality Assessment (IQA’s), PMO tooling and methods, large programme leadership, planning and rescue.
Moving from the UK to Auckland in 2004, I have worked in various programme delivery and leadership roles across the telecommunication, insurance and banking industries. With over 19 years’ experience, I have a proven track record of delivering high-profile, transformational business change in both scaled agile and waterfall environments.
