I work with public sector agencies on high-value and often time-critical investment decisions, developing robust business cases, financial models and funding approaches that stand up to scrutiny.
It’s important to ensure analysis is not just technically sound, but genuinely useful. I help bring structure to ambiguity, turning financial and economic analysis into clear, actionable outcomes. I work collaboratively with a wider range of organisations across multiple public sectors, including education, primary sector, defence, justice and local government.
I’m also passionate about building capability, working alongside organisations to enable them to enhance their capability, while delivering value. I lead Deloitte’s financial modelling training programme, building analytical capability and helping organisations improve the way they approach investment decisions.
