My days are spent giving GST, fringe benefit tax (FBT) and allowance and charities related advice.
With a broad cross section of clients, I help those in the retail, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and financial service providers sectors along with not-for-profit organisations.
Having experience in income tax, GST, FBT and payroll taxes means that no day is the same and I really enjoy the variety in my role. I have experience in various areas of tax including, working with tax compliance and preparation of tax returns and undertaking high level reviews of tax returns. I also manage the Inland Revenue risk review processes, while assisting with disputes between taxpayers and Inland Revenue; corporate tax advisory assistance; developing and managing compliance reviews for various tax types and drafting and reviewing tax policy and procedure guides.
