With over 16 years’ infrastructure experience across the transport, telecommunications and water sectors in New Zealand, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, I have a track record of applying clear, critical and strategic thinking to supporting policy, transformation, procurement and investment decisions.
I am excited about the significant infrastructure investment planned, particularly within the water sector, and the challenges and opportunities this presents. In particular, Three Waters Reform represents the most profound change in local government arrangements in a generation and provides a real opportunity to make an impact that matters.
