Having worked both in-house and as a consultant across business and people operations, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, global mobility, leadership development, organisation design, and change management, I understand the human element of the workplace. Because of this, I enjoy supporting organisations to deliver leading practices through their people.
As part of the Organisation Transformation practice, I help organisations navigate the people side of transformations, notably organisation design and change management.
I’m an American-turned-Kiwi-resident with two growing boys and a New Zealand-acquired Border Collie, Indiana (Indy), named after where I was born and raised.
